improved billing system to better serve our customers.
Technology is advancing and so are we.
We’ve upgraded your utility billing system
January
2012 and here’s why:
IT’S CONVENIENT
The improved utility billing system boasts a number of improvements,
including an enhanced website and the option to pay on-line and receive
e-bills
IT’S EFFICIENT
Using the new Springbrook technology is more intuitive requires
less manual entry. This saves not only City employees’ time but also
your taxpayer dollars. The new system also gives our customers the
opportunity to go green with paperless billing!
IT’S EASY
The improved utility billing system was carefully chosen to better serve
our customers. The only thing you have to do is go on line to
slowater.org and set up your billing preferences and auto-pay* and we
take care of the rest!
*The
Payment Card
Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard requires all customers using
auto-pay to re-authorize SLO Water & Sewer to conduct these
transactions. We apologize for the inconvenience it may cause for those
who have already set-up their preferences, but we are positive you will
enjoy the new utility billing system and the many improvements it
brings!
