Grants In Aid

November 24, 2009

 Dear Local Non-Profit Organization:

The Grants-In-Aid (GIA) Program makes grants available on a competitive basis to local organizations that provide human or social services to City residents.

The complete packet for the 2010 Grants-In-Aid Program, including the timeline can be downloaded from the City's website.  Please see the links at the bottom of this page.

Please note completed applications must be received by the Department of Human Resources no later than 5:00 p.m. on February 8, 2010.  Late applications will not be accepted.

When submitting your application please make certain you are using the current application.  GIA applicants who use outdated application forms will be disqualified.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the application process or the Grant-In-Aid program, please contact Nickole Sutter at (805) 781-7250.

Sincerely,

Greg Zocher
Risk and Benefits Manager
