easy ways to do this:

- You can call us at (805) 781-7133. We
can do everything over the phone. Our phone line hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00
am
to 5:00 pm.
- You can come into City Hall, 990 Palm
Street, to the Finance Department public counter and sign up for service in person.
