In 1995, the City of San Luis Obispo established the
Economic Development Program to help stabilize our local
economy. The City recognizes that establishing and
maintaining a business is a difficult endeavor. We encourage
the creation of a diverse, stable, high paying job market
and seek to preserve the quality of life in San Luis Obispo.
