The City recently updated the Fire Hazards section of the General Plan Safety Element. The update includes new policies designed to implement Cal Fire's new Wildland-Urban Interface  Building Standards and new maps to implement Cal Fire's new fire hazard designations within and around the City of San Luis Obispo.
